| Third-Party Services | Oasity is not liable for third-party vendors, financial partners, or external websites. |
| Content & Media | You consent to incidental capture of photo/video for marketing. Recording others requires consent. |
| Liability | Oasity is not liable for losses due to banking compliance, regulatory actions, or third-party partner decisions. |
| Indemnity | You agree to cover costs if your actions result in losses, fines, or legal issues for Oasity. |
| Termination | Oasity may suspend or terminate your account for breach of terms, without prior notice. |
| Governing Law | These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts. |
