How do I book a workspace or meeting room?

You can book workspaces and meeting rooms through your dashboard. Simply navigate to "Book Space", select your preferred space, choose the date and time, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What are the membership cancellation policies?

You can cancel your membership at any time. For monthly memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For annual memberships, we offer pro-rated refunds for unused months. Please contact our support team for assistance with cancellations.

How do I join a community or attend events?

Browse available communities and events through your dashboard. Click "Join" on any community to become a member. For events, click "Register" to reserve your spot. Some events may have limited capacity, so early registration is recommended.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and mobile payment options. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. Receipts are automatically emailed to you after each transaction.

Can I bring guests to Oasity spaces?

Yes! Members can bring up to 2 guests per visit. Guests must be registered at the front desk and will have access to common areas. For meeting rooms or private spaces, additional guest fees may apply. Please check with our team for specific guest policies.

What amenities are included with membership?

All memberships include high-speed Wi-Fi, printing services (within limits), coffee and tea, access to common areas, and community events. Higher-tier memberships include additional benefits like meeting room credits, creative concierge services, and premium amenities.
